Data Collection Notes
For data collection quality assurance all staff was trained in their specific tasks for the initial census and for each demographic update rounds. The establishment of Community Advisory Board, is one of the foremost determinants of the community engagement in the HDSS. So far, no household has refused registration in HDSS or visits by data collectors. Financial constraints have resulted in some delays in running some of the update rounds on schedule.

Supervision
Supervision is continuously done throughout each update round. A sample of 5% of households previously visited by field interviewers, are re-visited by supervisors who repeat the data collection exercise to evaluate the quality of the work done by each interviewer.
