    Nahuche HDSS uses the following steps to process data:

    Ø The field workers conduct the interview and collect the data

    Ø Supervisors checks the data for any inconsistency

    Ø Then send to filing office for record tracking and confirmation, and

    Ø To data room, where data entry clerks will put the data in to the system.

    if any query is found, the process will be revised.

    Field Supervisors collect data from field workers and go through all the events that is captured by the field workers one by one. then the field supervisor will log in the register to filling office via filling officer, which again have to be checked.



    Field manager and supervisors goes to field frequently for sport chacking.
